Responsibilities
- Drive product quality for suppliers within Machining/Fabrication.
- Own supplier First Article Inspection results and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with Supplier Quality and New Product Introduction teams.
- Manage suppliers and quality projects, utilizing technical expertise.
- Communicate the status of inspections and plans with colleagues.
- Utilize problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to resolve issues.
- Execute functional policy and strategy within the quality discipline.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or high school diploma with 4 years of experience in quality/sourcing.
- Minimum of 3 years of quality/sourcing experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Agile, eager to learn, and transparent in sharing information.
- Experience in managing projects and processes in the quality field.
- Ability to work autonomously while seeking guidance when necessary.
