Responsibilities
- Execute manufacturing engineering tasks that do not require a 4-year degree.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and use prior experience to execute policy/strategy.
- Understand key business drivers and how the work integrates with other teams.
- Use judgment to propose solutions outside of set parameters with guidance.
- Solve straightforward tasks using technical skills and analytic thinking.
- Provide informal guidance to new team members and may be an early people leader.
- Document, plan, market, and execute programs effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or high school diploma/GED with 4 years of Manufacturing Engineer experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of Manufacturing Engineer experience.
- Technical or operational background in Aerospace or Automotive manufacturing.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with machining and GD&T knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Established project management skills.
