Responsibilities
- Partner with operations leaders to prioritize and solve problems based on feedback.
- Implement and coach Daily Management processes and lean methodologies.
- Train teams on lean practices, including visual management and standardized work.
- Build cross-functional relationships to drive change management for improvements.
- Champion kaizen events to deliver measurable improvements.
- Develop a linked operating system to drive KPI transformation and continuous improvement.
- Share best practices across the organization to enhance problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience applying Lean in a global organization.
- Proven ability to achieve results using Lean tools.
- Experience facilitating Kaizen events and managing follow-up.
- 8+ years in manufacturing and quality improvement, with expertise in lean methodologies.
- Strong background in manufacturing environments and ability to motivate teams.
- Effective communicator and leader with project management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
