Responsibilities

  • Drive deployment of APQP to ensure on-time supply of production components.
  • Lead standardization of tools and processes for the business.
  • Develop and implement a zero-defect culture through adherence to aerospace quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with customer needs through the Management of Change process.
  • Act as a functional and technical expert for APQP within the part family.
  • Mentor technical talent and lead operational improvements.
  • Make decisions on moderately complex tasks in operational/product management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality / Manufacturing Engineering in the aerospace or automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively.
  • Experience in leading programs/projects and project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Knowledge of best practices in quality assurance and control.
