Responsibilities
- Drive deployment of APQP to ensure on-time supply of production components.
- Lead standardization of tools and processes for the business.
- Develop and implement a zero-defect culture through adherence to aerospace quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with customer needs through the Management of Change process.
- Act as a functional and technical expert for APQP within the part family.
- Mentor technical talent and lead operational improvements.
- Make decisions on moderately complex tasks in operational/product management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality / Manufacturing Engineering in the aerospace or automotive industry.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively.
- Experience in leading programs/projects and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Knowledge of best practices in quality assurance and control.
