Responsibilities
- Mechanical design, CAD, and AirJet Thermal Module deliverables for customer projects
- Design of AirJet Mini modules into Thermal modules with spreaders
- Design of mechanical fixturing for AirJet thermal modules in customer platforms
- Design of gaskets and conduits to manage airflow
- Customer system mechanical optimization for AirJet solution implementation
- Design of fixtures for prototyping and manufacturing thermal modules
- Ensure adherence to product life cycle methodologies
Job Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in mechanical design of devices or thermal components
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other CAD/PLM tools
- Experience with PDM/PLM/PLC systems
- Familiarity with mechanical simulation software such as ANSYS and COMSOL
- Experience in Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and mechanical reliability
- Located in the Bay Area or willing to relocate
- In-office presence is essential; hybrid work is not appropriate
