Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on root cause analysis of electro-mechanical subsystems.
- Design and implement mechanical product changes to address issues.
- Validate solutions using a data-driven approach.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Integration, and Test teams.
- Create processes, tests, and procedures to improve machine reliability.
- Prototype and run tests from experimental design to practical implementation.
- Communicate findings effectively with strong written and verbal skills.
Job Requirements
- Previous exposure to hardware debugging.
- Passion for understanding electro-mechanical systems.
- Experience in designing or integrating electromechanical systems.
- Ability to prototype and conduct tests independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Portfolio optional, but highly encouraged.
