Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage validation test plans for system and component levels.
- Perform root cause analysis of electromechanical subsystems and field failures.
- Design and implement automated testing equipment for reliability testing.
- Collaborate with R&D design teams to conduct risk assessments and contribute to design reviews.
- Analyze field failure data to identify trends and develop corrective action plans.
- Prototype and run tests, including hardware and software implementation.
- Distill complex test results into actionable insights.
Job Requirements
- Experience with complex electromechanical systems.
- Knowledge of testing sensors, actuators, and mechanical components.
- Ability to develop and execute system test plans efficiently.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Familiarity with Linux systems and scripting languages (bonus).
- Experience with SQL for data analysis (bonus).
- Prior experience in field failure analysis or quality engineering (preferred).
