Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end test and calibration equipment development including fixture design, fabrication, qualification, and preventive maintenance plans.
- Project manage manufacturing builds, both in-house and at overseas vendors.
- Own technical troubleshooting of manufacturing line issues.
- Co-develop methods, processes, procedures, and work instructions for next generation products.
- Collaborate with mechanical design, electrical, software, and materials teams.
- Utilize CAD software for design and 2D drawing creation.
- Conduct statistical analysis and data visualization.
Job Requirements
- Working proficiency with CAD software (e.g., Onshape, Solidworks, Fusion).
- Skills in debugging, testing, and identifying root causes of electromechanical problems.
- Hands-on, self-motivated, and a passion for hardware.
- Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, JMP, Minitab).
- Familiarity with Python programming.
