Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end test and calibration equipment development including fixture design and preventive maintenance plans.
- Project manage manufacturing builds in-house and at overseas vendors.
- Own technical troubleshooting of manufacturing line issues.
- Co-develop methods, processes, procedures, and work instructions for next-generation products.
- Utilize CAD software for design and 2D drawing creation.
- Debug, test, and identify root causes of electromechanical problems.
- Conduct statistical analysis and data visualization.
Job Requirements
- Working proficiency with CAD software (e.g., Onshape, Solidworks, Fusion).
- Skills in debugging and testing electromechanical systems.
- Hands-on, self-motivated attitude with a passion for hardware.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Independent, self-starter with effective communication skills.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, JMP, Minitab).
- Familiarity with Python programming.
