Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage validation test plans for products.
- Perform root cause analysis on field failures and electromechanical systems.
- Design and implement automated testing equipment for reliability testing.
- Collaborate with design teams for risk assessments and continuous testing.
- Contribute to design reviews throughout product development.
- Prototype and run tests, including hardware and software implementation.
- Utilize problem-solving methodologies and physics of failure approaches.
Job Requirements
- Experience with complex electromechanical systems.
- Knowledge of developing and executing full system test plans.
- Familiarity with testing sensors, actuators, and mechanical components.
- Proficiency in Linux systems and scripting (Python preferred).
- Understanding of HALT and HASS testing methodologies (bonus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities.
- Portfolio of previous engineering work/projects required.
