Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage validation test plans for products.
- Perform hands-on and data-driven root cause analysis for field failures.
- Design, build, and implement automated testing equipment.
- Collaborate with design teams for risk assessments and continuous testing.
- Contribute to design reviews throughout product development.
- Prototype and run tests, including hardware and software implementation.
- Engage in cross-functional engineering tasks to enhance product reliability.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of complex electromechanical systems.
- Experience in developing and executing system test plans.
- Familiarity with testing sensors, actuators, and mechanical components.
- Skills in prototyping and running tests independently.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Linux systems and scripting (Python preferred).
- Bonus: Knowledge of HALT and HASS testing methodologies.
- Portfolio of previous engineering work/projects required.
