Global Supply Manager, Electromechanical

The Global Supply Manager, Electromechanical at Form Energy is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for battery system-level components in the company's innovative iron-air battery systems. This role involves managing supplier relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Own the Electromechanical component category and build partnerships with strategic suppliers.
• Act as the primary contact for suppliers regarding contracts, pricing negotiations, and production lead times.
• Drive commercial cost negotiations based on market conditions.
• Monitor market conditions and technology roadmaps to address supply challenges.
• Collaborate with leadership and various teams to define and execute sourcing strategies.
• Research markets and identify suppliers for battery system components.
• Manage key supplier relationships to support scaling up production.

• At least 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management.
• Expertise in procurement for customized electronic assemblies and control panels.
• Strong data evaluation and analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting recommendations to leadership.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 30% of the time.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.
