Responsibilities
- Provide mechanical design support for high voltage hardware.
- Complete mechanical design in CATIA 3DX for fixtures supporting DV testing.
- Assist in process development and create manufacturing instructions.
- Execute experiments to validate ideas for production implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design quality.
- Guide suppliers in executing tests according to the test plan.
- Develop engineering prototypes and coordinate testing for performance.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Strong fundamentals in vehicle systems and manufacturing processes.
- Relevant experience in designing and developing electro-mechanical components.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and fabrication methods.
- Proficiency in Catia, Enovia, or similar tools.
- Attention to detail in design work.
- Hands-on experience with prototyping and testing electromechanical systems.
