Responsibilities
- Assist in schematic design, PCB layout, and component selection for automotive ECUs.
- Support hardware prototyping, soldering, and rework of ECU boards.
- Perform functional and diagnostic testing of ECUs using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers).
- Help develop and execute test plans for validation and verification of ECU performance.
- Interface with simulation tools and test benches to evaluate ECU behavior under various conditions.
- Document test results, design changes, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with engineers to debug hardware and firmware issues.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant technical or engineering program.
- Basic understanding of electronic components and circuit theory.
- Familiarity with lab tools: multimeters, oscilloscopes, soldering irons, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or microcontroller programming is a plus.
