Responsibilities
- Develop traction inverters for electric vehicle applications.
- Design, bring-up, characterize, and troubleshoot traction inverters.
- Design and validate circuit schematics and PCB layout.
- Perform complex circuit design analysis, thermal analysis, and control analysis.
- Perform failure analysis.
- Support design validation and end-of-line tests specifications.
- Collaborate with mechanical design, software, and system functions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in power electronics product development.
- Hands-on experience with schematic capture and circuit simulation tools.
- Experience with PCB layout for signal integrity and manufacturability.
- Hands-on experience with high voltage power electronics testing and validation.
- Familiarity with IGBT, MOSFET, and power modules.
- Experience with EMI troubleshooting and safety-critical automotive hardware development is a plus.
