Responsibilities
- Own device architecture and schematics, defining block diagrams and component selection.
- Review PCB designs for integrity against EMC/EMI standards.
- Oversee network message mapping, diagnostic integration, and device bring up.
- Source and instruct suppliers on product development while meeting milestones and costs.
- Develop 3D A-surface and geometry of designs for vehicle environments.
- Lead product development interests and present updates in executive meetings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project excellence and problem-solving.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in interior subsystem design or electronic design.
- Experience using 3D CAD software (NX, Catia, etc.).
- Proven vehicles launch experience in development and prototyping.
- Familiarity with LIN based ECUs and resistor-based switches.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and project management skills.
- Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment is a plus.
