Responsibilities
- Own device architecture and schematics, defining block diagrams and component selection.
- Review PCB designs for integrity and compliance with EMC/EMI standards.
- Ensure alignment on operating conditions and oversee network message mapping.
- Source and instruct suppliers on product development while managing program milestones.
- Develop 3D A-surface and geometry for innovative designs.
- Lead product development efforts and present updates in executive meetings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve challenges in a dynamic environment.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in designing and developing interior subsystems or electronic designs.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., NX, Catia).
- Proven experience in vehicle launch and prototyping.
- Familiarity with PCB design failure modes and injection molding.
- Excellent teamwork and project management skills.
- Eagerness to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
