Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for high voltage power electronics including Onboard Charger, DC-DC, and High Voltage BMS.
- Design, troubleshoot, and maintain End of Line (EOL) testers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product requirements, hardware validation, and failure analysis.
- Optimize End of Line testers for production reliability.
- Conduct hardware bring-up and test automation.
- Solve problems effectively with attention to detail.
- Work in an agile team environment to support the company's vision for electric vehicles.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 2-7 years of experience as a Hardware Engineer or Hardware Test Engineer.
- Experience in hardware bring-up and test automation.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot EOL testers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment and commute to a Ford hub location.
