Responsibilities

  • Provide daily direction and scheduling for Technicians.
  • Work with the team to achieve daily throughput goals.
  • Support business objectives for OTD improvement and backlog reduction.
  • Communicate and coordinate efficiently with the team and supervisor.
  • Recommend best practices and procedures to improve productivity.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data from service processes.
  • Provide training to less experienced personnel.

Job Requirements

  • Preferred Technical Associate’s degree or 2 years of equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years related experience in calibration, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of service center practices and processes.
  • Experience in Continuous Improvement and problem solving.
  • Ability to perform independent project work requiring analytical skills.
  • Previous Team Lead experience in a high volume/high product mix environment preferred.
