Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and improve test systems throughout the factory.
- Drive quality through root cause analysis of failures.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing practices.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through redesign and supplier relationships.
- Advise design engineering on production capabilities and standard practices.
- Specify hardware requirements for test systems.
- Troubleshoot and maintain electrical I/O and communication boards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Leadership experience within a team or project is desired.
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks.
- Good understanding of analog and digital circuitry.
- Knowledge of programming in .NET, LabView, Python, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and data analysis capabilities.
