Responsibilities
- Coach, develop, and mentor reliability engineering staff.
- Analyze equipment failure and downtime data to identify trends.
- Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
- Communicate MTBF and MTTR for data-driven decision-making.
- Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize OEE.
- Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis and lead corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with a CMMS system.
- Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance tools.
- Proven engineering and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task under changing priorities.
- Experience in implementing reliability initiatives in automated manufacturing.
