Responsibilities
- Support various programs with tooling design and maintenance.
- Perform tolerance analysis.
- Run and process 3D prints.
- Create and release drawings, interfacing with the internal machine shop.
- Develop mechanical design concepts for products and clients.
- Collaborate with the team to build and test prototypes.
- Diagnose and recommend solutions for prototypes, assembly, or design failures.
Job Requirements
- Jr/Sr student pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, NX, Creo).
- Understanding of GD&T/Dimensional Management.
- Experience with 3D printing and manual or CNC milling/lathe.
- Portfolio showcasing hands-on design projects preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
