Responsibilities
- Apply complex design practices to create custom tooling, jigs, and fixtures.
- Create and release detailed drawings and interface with machine shops.
- Manage sourcing and deliveries from suppliers for fabrication.
- Support manufacturing tooling design initiatives.
- Assist in generating production and technology roadmaps.
- Provide technical support to enhance manufacturability and assembly.
- Perform Tolerance Analysis and make recommendations.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of 3D CAD Experience (Solidworks CSWP preferred).
- Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and team orientation.
- Experience with drawing creation and release.
