Responsibilities
- Maintain subject matter knowledge in areas including Materials & Mechanisms, Finite Element Analysis, Hydraulics, and Pneumatics.
- Utilize engineering and physics principles to design and develop industrial machinery.
- Use 3D CAD systems to generate mechanical designs and produce drawings.
- Perform Finite Element Analysis using software like ANSYS.
- Provide guidance to technicians during machine integration and perform hands-on assembly.
- Troubleshoot and debug industrial mechanical systems.
- Support management in developing concepts and proposals, including feasibility analysis and project scheduling.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering (required).
- 7+ years of engineering experience (preferred).
- PE certification is a plus.
- Experience in machinery design, structural analysis, and hydraulics/pneumatics preferred.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
