Responsibilities
- Lead programs for on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Maintain schedules, risk lists, procurement plans, subcontract plans, manpower plans, and budgets.
- Report regularly to Innovation Team Leadership Team and customers.
- Track internal and external deliverables, preparing design and progress reviews.
- Collaborate with Responsible Engineers to meet requirements and milestones.
- Manage cross-functional teams in complex technical environments.
- Create and maintain detailed execution schedules.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, management, or related work experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience with rapid development projects.
- Concept-to-launch experience on satellite missions.
- U.S. citizenship or eligibility for required authorizations due to export regulations.
