Responsibilities
- Develop innovative design concepts for launch vehicle and spacecraft programs.
- Use engineering principles to provide solutions for challenging problems in Structural and Mechanical Design.
- Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Manage multiple priorities while staying detail-oriented.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Work in a hands-on, evolving environment.
- Prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a BS or MS program or a recent graduate from an accredited university.
- Strong comprehension of design fundamentals.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Interest in aerospace structural engineering or composites is preferred.
- Focus on 3D CAD, structural design, stress analysis, or multibody dynamics simulation is desired.
- Must comply with U.S. Government space technology export regulations.
