Responsibilities
- Develop new innovative design concepts for launch vehicle and spacecraft programs
- Use engineering principles to solve technically challenging problems in Materials & Process Engineering
- Support Responsible Engineers through all stages of design
- Participate in material testing and detail design
- Create technical drawings and architecture layouts
- Collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on common goals
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an accredited BS or MS program
- Willingness to work in a hands-on, evolving environment
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently
- Focus in Non-Metallic Materials, Metals/Metallurgy, or related fields preferred
- Exposure to aerospace structural engineering or composites is a plus
