Responsibilities
- Define vehicle-level architecture, capabilities, specifications, and optimization.
- Conduct and lead system-level trades to drive innovation in vehicle design.
- Analyze mass, delta V, power, and data budgets for operational success.
- Chair design and milestone reviews, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Develop innovative solutions for vehicle design and operations.
- Manage program risks and provide real-time support during missions.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in engineering problem solving for launch vehicles/spacecraft.
- Strong understanding of orbital mechanics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility regarding workflow and process.
- Strong organizational skills and teamwork capability.
- Master's or PhD degree in related discipline preferred.
