Responsibilities
- Develop 3D model content and produce construction documents for piping, ductwork, and cable-tray systems.
- Participate in BIM coordination by identifying and resolving model clashes and other interdisciplinary issues.
- Assist with on-site project activities, including engineering support for modular construction and site assessments.
- Support the project team in determining optimal routing and layout of mechanical systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the company.
- Coordinate mechanical system layouts with other trades for alignment and constructability.
- Assist in performing quality-control reviews of work produced by others.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of mechanical design experience.
- Experience with Autodesk Building Systems Software.
- Proficiency with Revit and Navisworks.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to build effective working relationships across disciplines.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
