Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of manufacturing equipment to recommend and implement automation initiatives.
- Design and develop tools and fixtures for product manufacturing.
- Identify opportunities for lean implementation and process optimization.
- Serve as a representative when interacting with vendors and contractors.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and ensure alignment across operations.
- Analyze trends and apply reasoning for process improvements.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment with lean practices.
- Strong understanding of automation and process design.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and related software.
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication and machining processes.
- Knowledge of power and control circuit design practices.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
