Responsibilities
- Design and evaluate airflow systems and devices.
- Perform engineering calculations based on industrial standards.
- Establish test protocols for product development.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Conduct Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA).
- Troubleshoot and suggest solutions for mechanical and control systems.
- Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement in engineering processes.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in a relevant field.
- 15+ years of work experience in mechanical design and control systems.
- Proficiency in drafting, Solidworks, and Autodesk Revit.
- Experience with Finite Element Analysis and basic power/control circuit design.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into engineering workflows.
