Responsibilities
- Develop concepts and design solutions for electrical and software automation.
- Create ladder logic and user interface programs based on client specifications.
- Apply knowledge of electrical codes for designing control cabinets.
- Produce AutoCAD schematics and bills of materials.
- Lead design review presentations with internal teams and customers.
- Collaborate with supply chain and account managers for component selection.
- Provide onsite engineering support for installation and repairs of systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical or controls engineering.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD for schematics and cable assemblies.
- Experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs/HMIs.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols.
- Understanding of UL, NEC, and NFPA 79 standards.
- Ability to design power distribution systems up to 480VAC.
