Responsibilities
- Design and build RF-phased array structures and electronic packages.
- Create harnesses, cables, and interconnects for large electronics assemblies.
- Perform thermal and structural analyses to validate designs.
- Develop CAD models and detailed manufacturing drawings.
- Conduct environmental testing of mechanical systems.
- Perform structural finite element analysis (FEA) on complex mechanical structures.
- Define thermal management solutions for RF power amplifier assemblies.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Structural, or similar engineering field.
- 2+ years of experience, including at least 2 full product life cycles.
- Demonstrated experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Proficiency in CAD and drawing creation.
- Hands-on experience with building and testing mechanical systems.
- Preferred Master's or PhD in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Comfort with hand calculations and analyzing systems under various loading conditions.
