Responsibilities
- Design and build RF-phased array structures and electronic packages.
- Perform thermal and structural analyses to validate designs.
- Create CAD models and detailed manufacturing drawings.
- Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) on mechanical structures.
- Define program and subsystem environmental requirements.
- Support ruggedization of components for harsh environments.
- Collaborate with other engineers on mechanical systems optimization.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Structural, or similar engineering field.
- 2+ years of experience with at least 2 full product life cycles.
- Experience with CAD and drawing creation.
- Demonstrated experience in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Comfort with hands-on build and testing of mechanical systems.
- Preferred: Master's or PhD in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident due to ITAR requirements.
