Responsibilities
- Complete three 12-month assignments in Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and a third area based on interest.
- Participate in on-the-job training and project work that contributes to business unit deliverables.
- Engage in online learning management courses for training in core engineering disciplines.
- Network with senior leaders and mentors during workshops and meetings.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a strong GPA, graduating December 2025 or Spring 2026.
- New to the job market or early in the engineering career.
- Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments.
