Responsibilities

  • Efficient Customer Quality Issue Management
  • Develop, monitor, and present key internal metrics for quality tracking
  • Communicate with stakeholders and customers on status and resolutions
  • Drive root cause analysis for permanent corrective actions
  • Ensure customer success through direct engagement and feedback
  • Manage customer communications regarding recalls and product changes
  • Lead RCCA activities and promote continuous improvement culture

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality or Process Engineering
  • Experience managing quality programs/projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including FMEA and root cause analysis
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lead and drive issue management
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement
