Responsibilities
- Efficient Customer Quality Issue Management
- Develop, monitor, and present key internal metrics for quality tracking
- Communicate with stakeholders and customers on status and resolutions
- Drive root cause analysis for permanent corrective actions
- Ensure customer success through direct engagement and feedback
- Manage customer communications regarding recalls and product changes
- Lead RCCA activities and promote continuous improvement culture
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality or Process Engineering
- Experience managing quality programs/projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including FMEA and root cause analysis
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead and drive issue management
- Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement
