Responsibilities
- Apply technical expertise in the production of products.
- Select, design, or recommend tools, fixtures, and equipment.
- Develop manufacturing processes and procedures to reduce problems and costs.
- Recommend design changes to increase quality or reduce problems and costs.
- Solve production problems and improve process capabilities.
- Participate in the presentation of test results and design reviews.
- Support capacity model and lean initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a Bachelor's in Engineering.
- Zero (0) years of related experience.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person for the duration of the internship.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided).
- Prior internship experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
