Responsibilities
- Conduct functional analysis of non-conformities based on design criteria and certification reports.
- Evaluate the impact of technical dispositions on production schedules, safety, quality, and costs.
- Interface with internal and external engineering teams on non-conformity analysis.
- Approve major non-conformities and present them to local authorities as required.
- Validate supplier dispositions for non-conformities not handled by MRB.
- Initiate design revision processes for identified design errors.
- Provide engineering support for troubleshooting during production and flights.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in Executive Aviation electrical/avionic disciplines.
- Advanced knowledge of aircraft electrical harness manufacturing and certification.
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CATIA (training available if needed).
- Good written and oral presentation skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
