Responsibilities
- Analyze non-conformities based on design criteria and certification reports.
- Evaluate technical dispositions' impact on production schedules, safety, and quality.
- Interface with internal and external engineering areas regarding non-conformity analysis.
- Approve major non-conformities and present them to local authorities as required.
- Validate supplier dispositions for non-conformities.
- Start design revision processes for identified design errors.
- Provide troubleshooting support on production lines and during production flights.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in Executive Aviation electrical/avionic specialization.
- Advanced knowledge of aircraft electrical harness manufacturing and certification.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CATIA (training provided if needed).
- Good written and oral presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
