Responsibilities
- Analyze non-conformities based on design criteria and certification reports of aircraft systems.
- Evaluate the impact of technical dispositions on production schedules, safety, and quality.
- Interface with internal and external engineering teams on non-conformity analysis.
- Approve major non-conformities and present them to local authorities.
- Validate supplier dispositions for non-conformities.
- Initiate design revision processes for identified design errors.
- Provide troubleshooting support on production lines and during production flights.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in Executive Aviation electrical/avionic specialization.
- Advanced knowledge of aircraft electrical harness manufacturing and certification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CATIA (training provided if necessary).
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
- Good written and oral presentation skills.
- Ability to manage time and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
