Responsibilities
- Conduct functional analysis of non-conformities based on design criteria and certification reports.
- Evaluate the impact of technical dispositions on production schedules, safety, and quality.
- Interface with internal and external engineering areas for non-conformity analysis.
- Present approvals for major non-conformities to local authorities.
- Validate supplier dispositions for non-conformities.
- Initiate design revision processes for design errors.
- Provide troubleshooting support on the production line and during production flights.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in Executive Aviation electrical/avionic disciplines.
- Advanced knowledge of aircraft electrical harness manufacturing and certification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CATIA (training provided if needed).
- Strong relationship-building skills and customer focus.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
