Responsibilities
- Analyze non-conformities based on design criteria and certification reports.
- Evaluate the impact of technical dispositions on production schedules and quality.
- Interface with internal and external engineering areas for non-conformity analysis.
- Approve major non-conformities and present them to local authorities.
- Validate supplier dispositions for non-conformities.
- Initiate design revision processes for identified design errors.
- Provide troubleshooting support on production lines and during production flights.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in Executive Aviation electrical/avionic discipline.
- Advanced knowledge of aircraft electrical harness manufacturing and certification.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CATIA.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Must meet regulatory requirements and obtain necessary clearances for secure areas.
