Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to establish business goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement an integrated technology plan for data center products.
- Lead the customer requirements intake and translation process into product specifications.
- Establish a system validation approach for integrated data center solutions.
- Align product management and engineering organizations on prioritization and resource allocation.
- Implement governance for tracking customer-driven requirements and feedback.
- Drive workforce performance through coaching and mentoring of leaders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
- 15+ years in engineering roles, with 7+ years in leadership.
- Experience in electrical components/systems design and new product development.
- Proficiency in data center infrastructure and related technologies.
- Strong collaborative leadership style and ability to influence teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
