Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to plant operating personnel.
- Engage in manufacturing process troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and yield/process improvements.
- Implement safety enhancements and process control measures.
- Participate in project management and new technology implementation.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize operations and reduce waste.
- Apply sound technical judgment in chemical plant operations.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in relevant engineering fields.
- Ability to work legally in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Outstanding work ethic and leadership potential.
- Previous internship/co-op experience is a plus.
- Commitment to reliable attendance and transportation to job sites.
