Responsibilities
- Lead the design and qualification of LED driver technology.
- Prepare engineering specifications and qualification plans for new products.
- Perform detailed hardware design including circuit topology and component selection.
- Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, cost, and quality standards.
- Refine product development processes and conduct design reviews.
- Interface with other engineers and departments for efficient production transfer.
- Mentor junior engineers and facilitate teamwork on projects.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience in product development for consumer or industrial electronics.
- Hands-on experience with power supply topologies and regulatory certification.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to drive projects and facilitate teamwork.
- Experience with microcontrollers and wireless protocols is a plus.
- Experience working with overseas manufacturing partners is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master’s preferred.
