Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams on design, analysis, and testing of components.
  • Support the development of software tools and automation workflows.
  • Conduct research and technical analysis for engineering challenges.
  • Assist in prototyping and validation of parts using DAPS.
  • Document processes, results, and recommendations.
  • Present findings and project outcomes at the end of the internship.
  • Work onsite in Torrance, CA.

Job Requirements

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Ability to work onsite and availability for 40+ hours per week for 12 weeks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools, programming languages, or simulation software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred experience in leadership roles in engineering teams or familiarity with additive manufacturing technologies.
