Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of aerospace and defense programs from inception to completion.
- Lead cross-functional teams by providing strategic technical guidance.
- Set framework and analysis parameters with internal engineering and customer teams.
- Build and utilize program management tools to track performance.
- Monitor program performance against established metrics and implement corrective actions.
- Formulate program strategy across a portfolio of customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with defense primes and DoD stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management within aerospace and defense.
- Strong technical background in aerospace structures programs.
- Knowledge of additive manufacturing applications and robotic assembly systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with DoD acquisition cycles and federal acquisition regulations.
- Experience supporting analysis for airworthiness certifications and engaging with DoD stakeholders.
