Responsibilities
- Create Simulation Studies in Process Simulate on Teamcenter (Tecnomatix).
- Maintain customer product manufacturing data for automated work centers.
- Maintain kinematic libraries of hardware systems in robotic simulations.
- Generate optimal assembly sequences and validate feasibility.
- Program robots and automated systems for specific tasks.
- Troubleshoot existing automation systems to ensure smooth operation.
- Train and mentor team members on automation and robotics systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 1+ years performing Robotic Simulation studies or 3+ years of hands-on programming of industrial robots.
- Proficiency in CAD (preferably NX) and Simulation Tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues using data-driven approaches.
- Experience operating industrial robots (Kuka, ABB, FANUC, Yaskawa).
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and climb ladders.
