Responsibilities
- Create and manage CAD designs and BOM structures for components.
- Analyze FE models of Node™-based vehicle structures and validate using hand calculations.
- Present design summaries and reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and implement technical solutions for automotive structures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize designs for production.
- Support prototype and production activities and maintain technical documentation.
- Assist in vehicle builds and product development testing.
Job Requirements
- BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in structural design and CAD modeling.
- Proficiency in PLM and structural analysis software.
- Strong understanding of advanced materials and aerospace load applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage workloads effectively.
- Experience with DFMEA, DVP, and control plans is preferred.
- Familiarity with vehicle systems and airworthiness standards is a plus.
