Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end manufacturing efforts across multiple development and production products.
  • Assist as a technical resource for manufacturing processes, collaborating closely with design, quality, and production teams.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of scalable manufacturing processes.
  • Participate in data-driven initiatives to improve yield, cycle times, and first-pass quality.
  • Work with senior engineers to bring new concepts and product designs through the factory.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of manufacturing documentation.
  • Participate in resolving hardware nonconformance issues and implementing corrective actions.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Physics, or a related field, graduating in Dec 2025 or Spring 2026.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Siemens NX, AutoCAD).
  • Exposure to common manufacturing processes through coursework, internships, or projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering problems.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing systems and Lean Manufacturing principles preferred.
