Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end manufacturing efforts across multiple development and production products.
- Assist as a technical resource for manufacturing processes, collaborating closely with design, quality, and production teams.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of scalable manufacturing processes.
- Participate in data-driven initiatives to improve yield, cycle times, and first-pass quality.
- Work with senior engineers to bring new concepts and product designs through the factory.
- Support the creation and maintenance of manufacturing documentation.
- Participate in resolving hardware nonconformance issues and implementing corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Physics, or a related field, graduating in Dec 2025 or Spring 2026.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Siemens NX, AutoCAD).
- Exposure to common manufacturing processes through coursework, internships, or projects.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering problems.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred.
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems and Lean Manufacturing principles preferred.
