Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product reliability engineers.
- Act as the primary reliability partner to Program Management and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
- Own execution of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) deliverables, including FMEA and control plans.
- Lead structured root cause investigations and corrective action efforts for failures.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure alignment of requirements.
- Track and report on reliability metrics, risks, and readiness at the program level.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of reliability and quality processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in product reliability, quality, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in leading projects or managing engineers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Familiarity with automotive and/or aerospace standards.
- Experience executing APQP methodologies (FMEA, control plans).
