Responsibilities
- Own the strategic direction and long-term execution plans for aerostructures programs.
- Lead and mentor a team of program managers and functional leaders.
- Serve as the business owner for the aerostructure portfolio, accountable for P&L and revenue growth.
- Act as the senior interface for DoW program offices and prime contractors.
- Partner with engineering and operations to define aerostructure technology roadmaps.
- Influence customer programs and requirements for future contract awards.
- Align cross-functional priorities to ensure program execution success.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of aerospace and defense experience with significant program leadership.
- Proven experience leading large, complex defense programs.
- Strong understanding of defense acquisitions processes.
- Demonstrated success in P&L and long-range planning.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
- Advanced degree and PMP certification preferred.
