Responsibilities
- Lead a team of experts in developing next-generation large-scale AI infrastructure.
- Assess the industry and competitive environment to derive technology/product strategies.
- Conduct technology investigations and strategic analyses to influence product definitions.
- Engage with design teams, systems engineering, and marketing to ensure alignment with product architecture.
- Drive internal and external alignment of technology strategies.
- Identify differentiation opportunities and provide technical recommendations to stakeholders.
- Participate in strategic initiatives for process, quality, and cost improvements.
Job Requirements
- 18 years of overall experience with 5 years in a leadership role related to HPC and AI technologies.
- Experience in developing long-term technology strategies.
- Proven ability to align internal and external strategies.
- Strong skills in identifying differentiation opportunities and providing recommendations.
- Advanced Degree (PhD, Masters) or equivalent experience is desirable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to engage with various stakeholders effectively.
