Responsibilities
- Lead a team of subject matter experts in developing next-generation large-scale AI systems.
- Conduct strategic analysis of industry capabilities and derive technology/product strategies.
- Lead technology investigations and recommend potential acquisitions or vendor partnerships.
- Engage with design teams, systems engineering, marketing, and business unit leaders to ensure product architecture meets leadership requirements.
- Drive internal and external alignment of technology strategies.
- Identify and develop differentiation opportunities for technology solutions.
- Participate in strategic initiatives for process, quality, and cost improvements.
Job Requirements
- 18 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with high-performance compute clusters, AI compute, and AI storage.
- Proven track record of delivering AI solutions.
- Ability to develop long-term technology strategies.
- Strong skills in aligning strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced degree such as a PhD or Master's is desirable.
- Experience in strategic initiatives for process improvements.
