Responsibilities
- Prepare test and qualification plans for power electronic equipment
- Review test data from power electronic equipment to evaluate suitability and performance
- Support activities to ensure compliance with UL safety certifications
- Work with subassemblies of electrical equipment for controls products
- Ensure that manufacturing and operational testing meet functional specifications
- Use computer-assisted engineering software for engineering tasks
- Participate in a meaningful project with potential positive impacts on HVAC development
Job Requirements
- Junior enrolled in an accredited Electrical Engineering program
- Exposure to electrical circuits and components
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Preferred exposure to electrical power components (e.g., power electronics, motors, transformers)
- Reside within 100 miles of the facility
