Responsibilities
- Design and interact with shop personnel to address electrical engineering issues.
- Assist in the design of insulation systems for pumps, motors, and generators.
- Prepare schedules for task completion.
- Create documents and reports to present technical information.
- Work with technical teams to design and analyze products.
- Conduct tests like partial discharge, voltage endurance, and thermal endurance.
- Manage experiments to collect data and coordinate solutions for insulation projects.
Job Requirements
- US citizenship required for DoD compliance.
- Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Security clearances.
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required; background in Chemistry preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering, especially with rotating equipment and insulation systems.
- Familiarity with Electric Motor design tools is highly desired.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
