Mechanical Engineer

• Develop analytical models for water and energy consumption.
• Prepare equipment bid packages and review submittals.
• Review mechanical design drawings and coordinate with other stakeholders.

• Analyze test data and troubleshoot mechanical system issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical systems design and construction.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Proficiency in reading construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience with testing and commissioning procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with CAD software is a plus.
