Responsibilities
- Develop analytical models for water and energy consumption.
- Prepare equipment layouts and flow diagrams for central utility plants.
- Review and select mechanical equipment and design drawings.
- Monitor the installation of mechanical systems to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Conduct site visits to track progress and resolve conflicts.
- Analyze test data during commissioning and troubleshoot mechanical system issues.
- Assist in vendor and contractor management, including reviewing shop drawings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in mechanical systems design and construction.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Proficiency in reading construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is a plus.
