Responsibilities
- Assist in sustaining high-quality medical products for surgical procedures.
- Engage in design, development, component procurement, assembly, verification, validation, and manufacturing.
- Conduct investigations to identify root causes of product issues and implement corrective actions.
- Create conceptual designs, detailed designs, CAD modeling, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams for updated product delivery.
- Utilize feedback from marketing to enhance product development.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
Job Requirements
- 0-2+ years engineering work experience.
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Basic skills in 3-D CAD software.
- Exposure to SolidWorks and statistical software such as Minitab preferred.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of statistics and understanding of GD&T.
- Willingness to travel (0-20%).
